Abfallentsorgung
Für einen Einheimischen ist das Thema Abfallentsorgung belanglos und selbstverständlich – für einen
Expat hingegen ein Gewaltsakt. Dank dem Föderalismus hat in der Schweiz jeder Kanton seinen eigenen
Abfallsack und seinen eigenen Partner für die Abfallentsorgung. Verkauft werden die Säcke in allen
Lebensmittelgeschäften vom Aldi bis zur Migros. Der Erlös dieser Abfallsäcke kommt dem örtlichen
Strassenreinigungsamt zugute, welches wiederum dafür sorgt, dass die Schweiz so sauber bleibt, wie
es der Ruf im Ausland verspricht. In unseren Business Apartments stellen wir einen ersten Abfallsack
zur Verfügung, damit in den ersten Tagen nicht bereits ein Abfallchaos im Business Apartment entsteht.

Ohne Mietvertrag, keine Aufenthaltsbewilligung und ohne Aufenthaltsbewilligung, keine
Arbeitsbewilligung.
Der Ursprung einer reibungslosen Immigration liegt bei der Wohnsitzbestätigung in Form eines gültigen
Mietvertrages für das Business Apartment. Unsere Verträge sind so angepasst, dass auf der Amtsstelle für
Immigration keine unnötigen Fragen auftauchen. Und sollte doch mal etwas nicht klappen, stehen wir
unseren
Gästen selbstverständlich unterstützend zur Seite.

Fluch oder Segen, ohne geht es heute nicht mehr. Geld beeinflusst unseren heutigen Alltag, wie kaum ein
anderes materielles Gut. Umso ärgerlicher, wenn hart erarbeitetes Geld nicht verfügbar ist. Durch
politische Differenzen sind Transaktionen zwischen einzelnen Ländern nicht so einfach, wie wir es
uns oft wünschen. Teilweise braucht es ein gewisses Mass an Verständnis und Geduld, wenn es

nachsichtig.

Misfortunes are human and affect everyone. We offer assistance with the handling of claims in the business apartment with the local insurance.
